hi all.

can anyone recommend a good mutli vitamin leading up ivf ? I feel taking them individually is a lot to take and it be easier to take a multi one which gives the right amount of dosage needed per vitamin for preparation for a transfer whenever that will be .

thanks

hi, on my last fet I started using Proceive conception max and had a successful transfer. I did match with probiotics.

Not sure if that made the trick but I swear by it!! It’s a bit on the expensive side but I think it’s worth it.

I chose it after having a look at reviews at H&B and lots of people were satisfied by them.

Hope that helps and wish you all the best🩵

i did match it with Probio7 advanced but tbh it was just a wild guess from my end. I just wanted to give it a shot as lots of people recommend probiotics with IVF

Hi keepfaitg. If you’re eating a sensible diet, I feel you only need a pre conception multivitamin with Folic Acid and vitamin D daily. Remember the more you put in your body your poor liver has to sort them all out.Diane

I used Proceive :) normal one not max. Also took omega 3 separately. 🤞 All going well so far x
