Does anyone know much about progesterone levels? Mine was 142.7 n mol/l on the day of my transfer. The nurse mentioned that they aim for “80”. Is 142.7 not therefore too high? Can it be too high? I haven’t had a conversation with anyone about this result so I am guessing it’s okay but there is a bit of me thinking “what if they just forgot?” They did say they would ring me with the result but I got it via the app they use.

That's brilliant 👏 I had the same question when mine was 221 on transfer day! The lead nurse informed me and said it was fantastic. Unfortunately my transfer failed but I had my follow up with my consultant last week and he said its one of the highest he's seen and is an excellent result. He mentioned how it's strange how people absorb it more than others, and said he has another lady on exactly the same as me who had a result of 20.
So I don't think you need to worry and just take the win! 😂 it's nice to have something go our way in this difficult journey!
Wishing you well xx
I think she meant ‘above 80’ it can’t really be ‘too high’ at that point it all sounds perfect good luck 👌🏻🦋 xx
My clinic in U.K. like anything over 100. Mine was 181 on transfer day. They were happy with that. I did get pregnant but unfortunately lost my baby due to abnormalities but nothing to do with progesterone level.
thanks for sharing this. I’m so sorry that you lost your baby xxxxx
