Hi all, I have DOR as well as dealing with a male factor. I’m 31 and just come off my second round failing feeling so heartbroken. The first round we managed to retrieve 4 eggs and got to two embryos although they were low grade and neither stuck. This time round, drugs were changed and instead of just gonal f, Meriofet was added too with the dose split. This seems to have been a disaster with only two eggs retrieved yesterday. Neither have made it and I just feel so dejected. We have been so good since the last round, eating better, no alcohol, cutting caffeine out and upping supplements including COQ10. I just wondered if anyone has DOR with male factor success stories? Starting to feel like it will never happen for us xx

hi, I’m sorry this happened, it’s a really tough time. I don’t have DOR but I was 10 years older than you at the time, I had 2 failed cycles, then on my third cycle, only had 3 eggs retrieved which I was devastated about but even though only one fertilised normally, it became my now 2 year old. We also had male factor and used donor sperm so I understand how challenging this time is. Don’t lose hope. It can still happen. Even though there may be fewer eggs, they will be better quality than mine were. I have proof, it only takes one 🥚. Just try and keep going, keep up those healthy habits and try and look forward to the next step 🍀 🍀 xx
hi there, I’m 34 and have very low AMH too. We also have some male factor. I just did my first round and it was a complete disaster. My clinic have put me on DHEA which if your blood tests show you can have, can apparently help with quantity and quality. I’m not sure if it works but have heard lots of people referring to before. Not sure if you have already taken this but wanted to mention. Best of luck to you, it’s such a tough and lonely road at times. X
Just want to say sorry about what you have gone through. It can be so difficult at times. Rest and recover. Good luck. xx
it’s really sad to hear do you have low Amh ? What male factor you have? What is issue .
so sorry you are going through this. What other supplements have you been taking? Has your partner had a dna frag test done?
