Morning All

I have a frozen transfer on the 23rd of Jan. we had a really good feeling about it as the embryo was hatching before transfer. I had mild cramping in the first few days but since the 25th have been awake between 2am-4am with (at first) night sweats but now intense nausea. I took a test yesterday as the symptoms were so strong and got a positive so absolutely thrilled.

I really looking for any advise on how to get past this night sickness because I’m already feeling exhausted on 5-6 hours sleep a night 😂

Sending my thoughts and best wishes to you all!

Congratulations on your BFP! By any chance are you taking Prednisolone? My clinic told me that it can cause trouble with sleeping (which I had every single time I took it) and progesterone also can cause nausea

No, just oestrogen and progesterone- I’ve been fortunate and not had too many physical side effects so thinking it’s just normal morning sickness.

Going to get ginger tea, biscuits etc and see if that helps!
