what test should i ask for??!

Hi all,

On my 3rd FET & although not due to test until next week i have the gut feeling it hasn't worked as i have had brown watery type spotting/discharge since Tuesday.

This is the last embryo of my 2nd ivf round. My question is with 3 failed transfers & having stage 4 endo is there any tests i should ask for or discuss with my consultant before going in to round 3 ?

both previous rounds i have had moderate OHSS as oestrogen levels just soar even with changing from menopur to gonal f for stims.

1st round although tonnes of follicles (20+) only 4 mature after retrieval with 1 making to day 5

2nd round again loads of follicles with 8 mature eggs only 2 made it to day 5.

all rounds i have had spotting like this which is why i am not hopeful for this round too.

based on all that info do any of you recommend any test requests? ERA is 1 i have thought about - anymore ?

HIi NM. just keep up with all prescribed medication and yes first urine of the day, using a good quality test strip. Good luck. Diane

I am hoping you don’t need it and this round is successful but if you do I would ask about extra progesterone if you always spot before test day as well as the ERA xx

Hi! Fingers crossed your instinct is wrong. I was convinced my second FET hadn't worked but was wrong...Re: tests, progesterone if they haven't tested it so far and NK cells. Also a biopsy to rule out infection of the lining. Very best of luck!
