My periods are pretty much bang, 28 days. On cycle day 21, I went a bit funny for 5 mins, hot sweaty, period cramps but then passed. Then on cycle day 24 I had a small bleed when wiping, very small but it was pink. Nothing cycle day 25 and then cycle day 26 and I had pink blood, once after wiping after a bowel movement, no cramps. I have no other symptoms and I m 39, is my body just changing, I did a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative.

Don’t stress too much. Get to a doctor and do some labs to check your hormone levels? This might help ease some anxiety

I would test on day 28 of your cycle/day of your expected period, which should tell you most certainly whether you’re pregnant or not.
