Donner eggs

Hi All

We have done icis a few times with varied results, so decided to do donner eggs I think in my mind that was going to the answer to all the problems, however been a bit disappointed by the results.

We have 8 eggs, 4 fertilised and 2 made it to day transfer stage. Transfered 1 on day 5 and it failed to implant.

Just done our 2nd and embryo, so in the 2WW not really got a question just sounding off on if anyone has similar stories? I guess looking for some hope in all this, as I said before in my mind donner eggs were the answer and it's been a bit crushing that it's not really worked out the way I imagined.

I know there's still hope with this 1 but can't help wonder x

Thanks for taking time to reply, we haven't done any testing. I've just really followed the lead of the clinic. I think I'm frustrated as if I knew stuff I knew previously what I know now I would have done this journey differently and I really did think the DE was going to fix everything.!! We've made a decision if this fails then we will go abroad and do embryo donation. I feel then il have tried every combo possible to make it work xx

that’s what we did. We did every combo to get it to work. If you can, I would pgta any embryos (even donor just coz they are young doesn’t mean there’s not a chromosome problem) and I would get the era emma and Alice tests I swear by them working for us xxx

Hi! Just wanted to type a quick message to tell you I understand how you feel. We did DE too and the first few attempts failed. I do understand the feeling and it can just bring you so low. We finally found success when we tried abroad (in Cyprus) after so many failed tries. Just keep going, bouncing back is the key and I sincerely wish you all the best. Love and light. xx

Thank you for your message. I think going abroad is our next step as its far cheaper than doing it again here. I have to give it everything a go so there will be no regrets. X

Yes, it is cheaper plus you get to go on "sort of" a vacation. Good luck, Post an update if you do go abroad and let us know where you go. Love and light. xx

hello Jam, I would recommend miracle ivf in Cyprus. They did really well and have a good success rate. Now have twin girls who are 8 months old.
