FET #1

Hi everyone,I'm currently 2dp5dt, my first FET after a failed fresh cycle in 2019, we discovered I had hydrosalpinx in both tubes and I had surgery to remove both tubes and gave myself plenty of recovery and saving time! We transferred 1 5BB hatched blast on 13th Nov (I have 4 more hatched day 5s and 4 hatched day 6s) iv been experiencing cramping since the day of transfer and sore breasts since before transfer (probably due to Estrogen oral tablets and progesterone pessaries) but today I have a pulling sensation especially on my left side. Is anyone in the 2WW and stressing just like me?! My test date is 25th Nov but I could cave before then! 😵‍💫😵‍💫

Hi Charlygee. Oh dear. You would be amazed at how much pushing an manipulation goes on during a transfer. Plus side effects of oestrogen and progesterone possible side effects. Try not to worry too much just now.make sure you drink plenty of water and make sure you don’t get constipated. Take paracetamol if needed for pain, but no anti inflammatories such as ibuprofen. You’ve been through a lot to get to this stage, so keep busy, take your meds and test on the day recommended by your clinic. Good luck. Diane

Thankyou, I'm not the luckiest of people so I'm struggling with a negative mindset at the moment. I'm tending to dip in and out of the positiveness! I'm back to work tomorrow which should sort my brain out and allow me not to over focus. Thankyou for your advice

I hope so too. The cramping has been more consistent today than it has and I'm experiencing a constant pull and a headache! Hoping it's all good signs but also in such a negative mindset at the moment! Thankyou ❤️

Hi! All your symptoms seem normal and they are actually a good sign. The TWW can be very stressful indeed and that too is normal. :) I hope everything goes well for you! xx
