Help with timings for Intralipids

Hi all,

After a long break we’re hoping to have a FET this month.

I’m on steroids and hoping to have Intralipids too but my question is when?

Advice appreciated ☺️

Here is an extract from my protocol

Intralipid – two infusions before ET ; 1st dose in the 1st 4 days of endometrial preparation and repeat 2 weeks laterLDA from D1 – stop the day before ET

Day 6 - start Prednisolone 10mg daily

Day of ET – increase prednisolone to 20mg and start Clexane 40mg Sc daily + Calcium tablets

Positive Pregnancy test : Another Intralipid as soon as possible and repeat after 4 weeks. Continue Prednisolone, Clexane and Calcium tablets.

12 weeks gestation : stop Clexane and start weaning off Prednisolone by reducing by 5 mg every 3 days ending on 5mg on alternate days x 3 doses.

I had mine 1 week prior to transfer, another when I got my.podituve test abd another 4 weeks later. My wbc count was taken and as long as the num er remained 10 or under they were happy for me not to have further infusions. I'm 33 weeks now so thankfully it all worked out fir me. I also had prednisolone 12mg which was reduced to 8mg and at 12 weeks I commenced weaning off those. I had heparin, prolutex (lubion), cyclogest and I think that was all. Best of luck 🙏

please could I ask where you had testing done, to be prescribed the immune protocol? Was it NHS or private? If you’d be happy to, I would be grateful for a PM with any info you can share! Considering getting immune testing done xx
