Hey

I have read the book it starts with an egg and it mentions about this supplement. A few ladies have mentioned they have also taken this and I want to give it a go in the hope of improving egg quality. It will be august when starting again as this is the waiting time

Can anyone recommend where they have bought this or send me links as I have been on and it is a minfield seeing so many brands mg etc x thanks in advance

I bought the brands of supplements they mentioned in the book. I literally just googled each one and where they are sold it comes up.

If you go to it starts with the egg .com she gives you UK recommendations. I take 200mg once a day as does my husband as it helps improve sperm.

Great thank you so Is 200mg enough for us as in the book it says 400? X

In the latest edition I believe and intermediate supplement plan recommends 200g I think you can take 400mg if you have diagnosed issues or have suffered multiple miscarriages. I have started with the middle plan as I have had two failed implantation cycles and have been told I have unexplained infertility. I think for me the antioxidants are a good combo.

Good luck ❤️

Heya, I just came across this thread and would like to ask you if you noticed any improvements in your egg quality and quantity, as well as in you husband's sperm.

Hiya,

Just seen your message. I haven’t been on here in a while. I would definitely give it a go. I am 39 weeks pregnant. Conceived naturally. Can’t be sure what made a difference. But I read lots of information that was not IVF based. financially could not continue on that path. So looked at all ways improve my fertility naturally. So would highly recommend you give that a try.

Hope this helps.

I use NOW foods as they do 200 mg ubiquinol, which is harder to get in the uk so buy from iherb in the US. They are brilliant for supplements xx

I take 400mg a day and have bought a brand that utilises VESIsorb as allegedly it absorbs better in the body? But have no idea if it really makes a difference .... 🤷🏼‍♀️
