Soy Isoflavens and Black Cohosh

I am having a nightmare getting my gp to prescribe Femara (she isnt a fertility expert and we have now cut ties with our clinic).

We considered a mild ivf cycle, but we have to postpone this idea for financial reasons.

I am going to try soy isolflavens. I am on cycle day 2. Will i start tomorrow, and if i do, how do you know when to have intercourse?

Hi Mrsjaytee. Good luck with this. I must admit, when I trained, I was told to steer away from ingredients I didn’t know, but if you have been ad vised to use them by someone reputable, then I hope it works. As long as you know your Fallopian tubes are ok and sperm is good, then have sex every 2-3 days. Diane
