Femara

I took Genatropin 0.5, Gonal f 225, Letrozol 2x1 and Femara 1 tablet per day. On my previous cycles medications worked really well. I don't know what happened I feel sad and down. Has anyone experienced the same?

Last check mom was er/pr + her 2 low that was last checked July 2023 Mbc 2020 She did ibrance and femara 2 years 9 months Anfintor and Faslodex 6 weeks Xeloda- present for 8 months . Last scans were not terrible. But mild progression in bones with 2 rib fractures .

Was on Kinjinti, Femara, Faslodex for a few months, then Femara was withdrawn..kep the others till summer 2023, when mutation was found. Insurance refused Piqray and Xeldoda. Was fi ally put on full dose Taxol in Sept 2023 till end of Nov.

I was put on femara and Zometa. Then 2018 switched to ibrance , fasladex and Zometa. Oncologist retired so I went too Sloan. I ended up with necrosis of jaw. Got really bad. Hospital 11 days. Home with pic line.

Has anyone else experienced weight gain as a side effect of using Femara/Letrozole for fertility treatment? I'm on my 6th cycle of Femara and have gained weight, mainly in the mid section, and am struggling to put on clothes that fit before.

She’s been on ibrance /femara 2 years 9 months. Anfintor / Faslodex only like 6 or 7 weeks. And now Xeloda . We are trying to get her in for a second opinion at Duke also. Have any of you whipped thru the meds like this and found something to work?

Hi guys,After 5 days on Gonal F 300 and Femara, I've had my 1st scan and I am beside myself. There has been no response from either ovary. I have unexplained infertility and my AMH isn't bad for a 39 year old either. Doctor says to wait and re-evaluate in 3 days time.

She started her second line treatment about 7 weeks ago after being on Ibrance and Femara for around 2 and half years. She is now on faslodex and anfintor. Does this mean its not working ? And if it’s not will they change both meds or just one of them? Thank so much

She started ibrance and femara which worked great untill it didn’t this summer 2023. The cancer had spread to bones and 2 small liver and lesion and tiny brain lesion . Which was been taken care of with radiation and has since had a another brain mri and it was good.

This is her second line treatment after ibrance and femara that worked for over 2 years. My question is I have seen some peoples 15-3 markers in over the 4,000 vs moms at 332. And being able to get markers as high as the thousands back to normal levels.

I am having a nightmare getting my gp to prescribe Femara (she isnt a fertility expert and we have now cut ties with our clinic). We considered a mild ivf cycle, but we have to postpone this idea for financial reasons. I am going to try soy isolflavens. I am on cycle day 2.

I cant o any more rounds of IVF due to cost and the general pressure it puts on my mentally and physically, but my GP is willing to prescribe me femara.

For those who’ve tested positive for Antiphospholipid antibodies (I’ve had two samples 12 weeks apart with raised IgM cardiolipin), what dose of clexane/inhixa/enoxaparin were you prescribed? My new clinic seem to be keen on 20mg but my old clinic only used 20mg when it was empirical (best guess) treatment
