Clinic Open, and Ready to roll!

Such a sense of relief this afternoon My clinic has been given the green light to resume treatment today! I spoke to the nurse (bless her I think she's had enough of my calls) I am to call up on day 1 of my cycle..hopefully a week and a half away ...and then I will be able to start treatment! I am doing a fresh cycle (cycle number 3) with long protocol, so should hopefully be starting on my meds in June.

I actually feel excited for the first time in 3 months. I know the stress will kick in soon, but for now, we have finally got the news we wanted so going to be happy with that.

I’m debating whether to ring them or wait for them to ring me. I rang them last week to let them know where I was in my cycle so I don’t want to be a pest haha. Day 28 is Sunday next week so we won’t be far off starting together(hopefully) xx

I would definitely call them, even on their website it says to call the clinic if you want to restart. I have felt like a pest too, I even apologised to the nurse, but she said not at all thats what we are here for.

I hope we can start roughly together, its like it was 3 months ago before lockdown

I’m gonna give it until this afternoon and if they haven’t rang I will call them.

Ahh they are so lovely aren’t they? I’m always worried about calling them but they never make you feel like you are annoying them(we so are though 😂)

It’s been a horrible having to look at the meds in the fridge these past months 😫

That would be great, we can help each other through it and have a rant when menopausal to save the arguments at home lol!

Yes I know, there wasnt any of mine in the fridge I cant imagine seeing those every day! Mine are tucked away under the stairs, cant wait to open them and for the hormones 😂

Why are some clinics in the know now but others don’t even know yet or like mine til the 18th?! Doesn’t give me the best feeling x

Congratulations!! I have been emailing my clinic non-stop... felt really bad cause they must have so many like me hahahah however they have booked me in for a nurse planning phone appointment for next Tuesday. I was very adamant that they call me before my period which is due towards the end of the month so we can start with the treatment for FET. So excited!!! Is anybody else doing the FET?

Yay! How exciting. My clinic was also given the go ahead yesterday. I am wanting to start FET after my chemical failed FET in April. I think it will be on my June cycle and July transfer. I am waiting on blood test results first for antibodies (anti nuclear and smooth muscle) which may have caused my chemical.

I am so ready to start again!
