I’ve been advised to use Clexane from date of positive test for future pregnancies (4 miscarriages). I’m on my second FET and in the 2WW. I generally seem to miscarry so early and before even having the chance to get my prescription. Shouldn’t I be given clexane earlier than positive test to help with blood flow?

When should Clexane start for FET?
I don’t know the answer but I can share I started Clexane on my FET from day of transfer. Just a thought, if you’re taking Asprin may be that’s why they delayed to positive test as that also helps blood thinning? X
I always started from day of transfer x
I started from day of transfer x
I started the day after egg collection
thanks everyone, that’s really helpful to know. Think I will go back to my hosp to question this xx
I always started mine 5 days prior to FET
Hi, I started the day after transfer, but my blood work show that I have a mutation that makes the blood very thick. Maybe yours is just a prevention? Did they told why you should take clexane?
Mine is always started 5 days before FET. Xx
Hi. I have been started on both baby Aspirin and Clexane on transfer day 1.. All bloods normal.
I started Aspirin and Inhixa (same as Clexane) the day after confirmed ovulation (5 days before transfer). Good luck! x
