Clexane and prednisone for FET

My 3rd transfer is on Friday.

I've been prescribed 10mg of prednisone from day 6 of the cycle rising to 20mg from day of transfer.

Then 40mg of clexane from day of transfer - last 2 times I was on just 20mg.

Has anyone been on a similar protocol and had success? I am worried that starting / increasing doses on day of transfer is too late. Should I be starting the clexane / higher dose of prednisone a bit sooner than day of transfer?

I should add, I have been diagnosed with Factor V Leiden which is why I am on the clexane.

hello hope you are good. I know everyone’s protocol is different. I am on clexane 20 up until transfer then it goes up to 40. I’m on aspirin also. The prednisolone I am on 10 then it goes up to 60 for 4 days then back to 10 just before transfer. But what works or doesn’t work for one will probably be completely different for another xxx if ur clinic are easy to talk to id give them a shout xxx

I have no idea what the different days are but I got my period on the 31st aug and started clexane on the 2nd sep. my transfer is hopefully the 21st xxx

I was on 20ml clexane and then went on to 40ml when I was 30 weeks pregnant. My hospital said clexane dosage is based on your weight. I weigh 10 stone so they said I should be on 40ml x
