Hi Ayesha, I’m sorry to hear you’re going through this. There are plenty of women with low AMH who have been successful with IVF. You might just be working with fewer eggs overall, but as long as they are good quality that’s the main thing - it only takes one! I’ve been reading the book “It Starts with the Egg” which has some great research on the best ways to help increase your egg quality. There are things you can do to protect your eggs as they reach maturity, which current research is suggesting can greatly affect egg quality. There are various supplements discussed, one of which is DHEA. I would highly recommend looking into this, though as it’s a steroid you’ll need to consult a doctor before trying it. Good luck whatever route you take and please don’t lose hope xxx

HI Ayesha,

Please do not worry about your AMH. I spent months going back and forth with my AMH it ranged from clinic to clinic from 5 to 16. A lot of people on here have been successful with really low AMH. Again I read alot about DHEA etc but make sure you research it and speak to your doctor. Please dont worry!

Good Luck xx
