Granocyte

I wonder if any of you used Granocyte earlier. If so, how did it help with conceiving?

Hello everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has had any luck sourcing Granocyte from a pharmacy in the UK? Thank you loads 😊 xx

We have now been advised to go back to 5.5 days progesterone ( this worries me as my last biopsy suggested 7 days) and to try Granocyte injections. I’m so nervous to try again. Has anyone been through this or have any advice? Thank you 😊

My plan already includes prednisolone, tacrolimus, clexane, granocyte protocol as I have suspected immune issues - high thyroid antibodies and low NK cells.

I know I have some immune issues and they've tried various options to treat them- prednisole, tacrolimus, IVIG, granocyte. How do you decide whether its worth keeping going or time to stop. Any advice or thoughts welcome, I'm so fed up today.

They now want to try a granocyte protocol which seems to be injections of a growing stimulant every 3 day. I have a meeting with them in a few weeks to discuss but the information they've sent me seems to indicate some severe side effects.

This cycle I was on intralipids, steroids, progynova vaginal and oral, clexane, aspirin, X2 Lubion daily, 400mg utrogestan, G-CSF (granocyte protocol), folic acid 5mg, levothyroxine. I had Ovitrelle 8 clicks day before transfer and then 8 clicks every other day x 2.

I wish I could get the chemo over with but my white blood cells and neutrophils are playing up on Carbo Caelyx so having a course of 2 Granocyte jabs to give them a boost. I would be interested to hear from anyone else with the somatic thing. Sophia xx

Hi Ladies Upto my 3rd chemo I've been so ill with side-effects...on my 4th chemo Paclitaxel was reduced by 25% and I was given Granocyte/Lenograstim injections to be taken on day 3 after chemo for 3 days only (these accelerate the reproduction of white blood cells). 

His Neutrophil count went down to 0.3 whilst in hospital so is now injecting himself with Granocyte 34 which has brought it up to 4.1. His consultant wants him to continue this over the Christmas period.
