Miscarriage @ 5 wks, 5th transfer. What to do next?

Hi ladies,

Could really use some advice. I had a miscarriage at 5 wks + 5 days on Monday whilst at work. I dared to think about making it to the early pregnancy scan next wk, and then out of nowhere this happened. Was confirmed on a scan yesterday that nothing there. Still processing but coping better than I thought.

I’m trying to plan the next stages, I am 42 years old with PCOS, this was the 5th transfer. Never been on steroids or baby aspirin or clexane as clinic does not really advocate this.

I’m planning on going to either Spain or Greece next as I think they may be better for my age. Has anybody been in a similar situation to me and had success abroad? If so, what do you think made the difference?

I’m not at the donor egg stage yet but its lurking in the back of my mind that it may be something I have to consider but want to give it a go with my own eggs.
