Pain following egg collection

hi lovely ladies I underwent my second egg collection on Thursday. My first egg collection was 4 years ago when I was 31 and the first fresh transfer resulted in my little boy who was born by c section. I feel like I am in a lot more pain this time and wonder if any of you have experienced the same ? I’m wondering if it’s anything to do with having had a section I just can’t remember being in as much pain. I don’t have any bleeding so I’m thinking there isn’t anything untoward going on but could just do with some re assurance .

You can expect some pain & discomfort for up to 7days then it should settle down Drink plenty of fluid so you do not become constipated If discomfort gets worse or not settling down call clinic/nurse for advice

thanks Janet it eased off on Monday so 5 days after collection. I now have an A grade embryo on board I hope this is my time after 2 BFN and 2 chemicals 🤞🙏🙏🙏

I had worse pain after my second egg collection. It was the worst 2 days after then got better quite quickly x
