Im just wondering if anyone who has been prescribed lubion injections and cyclogest pessaries undergoing a frozen embryo transfer, when did you start taking the medication after positive ovulation and how much were you prescribed.
Thanks in advance. X

hey we stayed 5 days before transfer 2 pessaries 200mg (one I the morning and one at night) and one lubion injection (at whatever time I chose but same time each day) xx
The first time I attempted a natural fet with 2x lubion a day I was told to start it 2 days after lh surge. So lh surge on a Saturday progesterone on Monday. Transfer scheduled for Friday (The embryo didn't survive so no transfer). The next attempt I was told to start it the next day after lh surge. And transfer was scheduled for 5 days later. In my third natural FET attempt I was told to start it on the day of the transfer, which was scheduled 5 days after lh surge. It was the same clinic all these attempts.
I’m currently on progesterone. Started taking it on Wednesday and transfer is scheduled for coming Monday on the 6th day. I take Lubion twice a day and crinone gel vaginally twice a day.
I am having my first FET on 31st and have been told to start Lubion 26th Jan.
I am only one Lubion and nothing has been mentioned about cyclogest. Is there any reason why you have been advised to take both? I know everyone is differnt but I took just Lubion last time and now I’m thinking should I have pessaries too!
The last 2 transfers I've had spotting so that's most likely why it's been increased. I know technically with a natural transfer you make your own progesterone so don't necessarily need the extra progesterone support but I've had a complicated history so please don't be worrying.
I have a history of preterm labour at 21 weeks so I will be on progesterone support in pregnancy if we are successful. Best of luck with your transfer 🤞✨
