NK cells and immunotesting/ treatment

Hi everyone, I’m 43 have an autoimmune condition and doing two last rounds of IVF banking. We just did a round and got one 4BB which has been sent off for testing. We don’t know if we’ll have any normal embryos to transfer but have had two previous failed transfers with untested embryos… I wonder if I need more investigations or treatment. I had prednisone during the last transfer and it failed but I got pregnant naturally the cycle after however sadly had a miscarriage. Does anyone know of any specialists? I take a immunosuppressant called Azathioprine and have a condition called mixed connective tissue disease
