Heya my sweet sisters ❤️ I had my FET November 18th I tested 7dp5dt and got a BFN. Absolutely gutted as it was the last embryo. Today the beta was negative. Any one had failed FET with donor eggs but was able to get a BFP that stuck ? I had two chemicals and this past one was a negative Beta. This last round I was put on Claritin, prednisone and Pepcid ( I’m in America so names of meds may be different ) but no luck. Any advice would be appreciated. Sending love and continued strength to everyone as God knows we need it for this tough, painful journey we are on. Xoxo

7 days is so early. In the UK we are told to wait 2 weeks until doing a home test then going in for blood confirmations. Is there a chance your HCG levels aren't high enough yet?

Best of luck on the next steps.

Hi 👋

I’m sorry to hear about your results. It hurts every time. I’m not very clued up on donor eggs but I just wanted to send you some love and hugs. I too had my transfer on the 18th nov and got BFN, it’s never easy. Take some time for you and I hope you get the advice you need. ♥️xxx

hiya, I hope you are doing ok. I had 1bfn and 2 chemical with double donor embryos. Did you pgd test them? We also did the era test and it showed I needed an extra day of progesterone before transfer xxx

I did the ERA also and it showed I needed a few hours extra progesterone so we were doing our shots at 4:30am. Made no difference for us for this round. Thank you for responding. ❤️

the Alice and Emma are good tests to do also. We pgd tested the embryos even though they were donor as we had a number of abnormal donor embryos the cycle before xxx

good point about the testing. I will ask my doctor this week, thanks for the info. 👌

We tested our donor egg embryos too. There were 12 embryos but only 2 normal. There could be a problem with them. You just never know. Is your clinic in the states or Europe?

in the states. I will definitely ask about that when I have the follow up. Thank you so much for responding.

BTW, we went to Europe because it's way less expensive even with travel. I got pregnant on the first try.

I’m in Florida but from London. All my treatments have been in the states, where in Europe did you have your IVF ?

In Ukraine. It's the only country that allows you to pick the gender. That's obviously not an option at the moment, unfortunately. I had my transfer right before the war broke out. I think Czech Republic is the least expensive though.

Have you tried natural supported protocol for your transfer? I hear lits of ladies doing better on that vs medicated. My first pgt tested transfer failed after we followed ERA results so who knows what went wrong

Never thought of that before. So glad that you mentioned that. I’ll do some research. Thanks.

So have you had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy done to check the uterine environment ? If doner eggs are failing I would really question the environment itself and have hormones checked regularly after transfer - specifically progesterone Also are you taking a good probiotic as this is also important for a healthy uterine environment

Also have you had your thyroid checked to see if it can support a pregnancy?

Thank you for responding . I had a biopsy after the first failed FET that was normal, an ERA after the second failed one, they changed my progesterone injection time as a result. They also tested my Estradiol and progesterone before the transfer and the day of which were normal. I was on probiotics, prednisone, clarititin and Pepcid this last round also. My thyroid labs have been normal and were tested prior to starting meds. I had those procedures also to check to make sure the uterus is clear with no fibroids or blockages also.

Have you had the progesterone and estrogen checked a few days after transfer and at 7 days etc? Progesterone levels may start off great but can drop quickly.

Also have you considered any immune testing? I was told doner egg would not work for me as my immune system was too aggressive have you ever tried intalipids? Also have you been tested for MTHFR and blood clotting disorders? You may need aspirin or heparin

yes the progesterone was tested the day of the beta that was negative. I was on aspirin and an injection lovenox which is an antcloguant. I haven’t done the intalipids but I was testing for NK cells and it was negative. I’ve been also tested for a bunch for autoimmune disorders and they have all come back negative. You have some wonderful ideas and suggestions though ! Seems like you have been through a lot. We are all experts in our own way when we have been through so much unfortunately.
