I’m absolutely devastated, I started spotting yesterday and that turned to red bleeding in the evening with a few clots! I have to have a blood test today but I know it’s an early miscarriage. I’ve cried all night and honestly can’t believe this is happening again. I really thought this was my time! 💔💔

They said it’s too early. I should be 5+6 and to be honest after the bleed I imagine my hcg will probably be low enough to confirm. I’m in bits, thank you so much for your message ❤️

I am so sorry 😞 I have been there myself and it’s scary and heart breaking, sending you love ❤️ I don’t want to give you false hope but one of the times this happened to me did turn out okay in the end. The blood test will tell you more though, at least you will get some answers hopefully 😢 xxx

Hcg levels at 5+6 are 24,000
Progesterone is 32.5
My clinic have upped my progesterone to x4 pessaries a day!
The hcg level seems very high, should that concern me?!
I’ve had this on my successful transfer the levels were ~20k (my levels were much lower on my early miscarriage) instead of repeating them 2 days later they did scan me a few days later (said they wouldn’t scan below 20k) they found a subchorionic hematoma (a blood clot) but a sac and yolk sac in the right place (too earlier for heartbeat etc) and put me on bed rest (as it can increase chances of miscarriage) and scanned me a week and half later. I would defo push for them to scan you at least after 6 weeks or at the very least relating the blood test in 48 hours to see if levels increasing as expected xx

I’ve been resting pretty much since I had the bleed. They are repeating bloods on Monday and I have a scan on Thursday so I’ll be 6+5 by then. Still so so worried but trying to stay calm! ♥️

Push for an early scan!! Its not too early (too soon for a heart flicker) but not too early to see a yolk sack and gestational sack! - I had exactly the same thing at 5w2ds... And I've still been experiencing spotting up until today even at 10ws... I have a subchorionic hematoma.
Please get a scan it may not all be lost x
Just to add my story, I had bright red bleeding and clots at 6 weeks and lasted until 11 weeks on and off! Cervical erosion I think. But gave birth to my little boy 9 months later 😊Really hoping the same for you. Bleeding can be ok xx

Im so sorry to hear that. I also had the exact same happen on Tuesday at 5+5 stood up felt a gush and spent the next 2 days bleeding heavily with clots. I'd just got the 3+ on the digital clear blue the day before it all happened. Went to epau Thursday and there was a sac and yolk sac measuring 9mm so they assume its retained products from a 5 week pregnancy. I hope you're outcome is OK in the end

Yeh they are rescanning on the 7th but to see if I pass the sac by myself which won't happen because the clinic increased my cyclogest to 4 away in hopes it was just too early
My clinic have done the same! I’m just praying by some miracle we get good news! I’d say I had one gush and then moderate bleeding for a few hours! So similar to you. It’s heartbreaking 💔
Have you got any symptoms because I've got none at all which is why I was continually testing because I didn't quite believe it had
I didn’t at first at all. I’d say now I have slight nausea and can’t stand strong smells and boobs are slightly larger.
Have you done a pregnancy test since the bleeding, I know it’s can’t tell much but with my last loss the lines got really really light!
I would say it's good you have symptoms. I did a test on Monday before the bleed I got a 3+ did a test Thursday morning after the bleed and got 2-3 so my hcg levels definitely
Did you bleed heavily for 2 days? I’ve heard the clear blue can be inaccurate, but for some people it has been hcg decreasing! I’d say not all is lost but it’s could go either way! I feel the same for myself. My hcg after the bleed was still high but that was only the day after! ♥️
I had normal bleeding for the first half of Tuesday, heavy over night then it tapered off Wednesday but the medication probably stopped a proper bleed I imagine. I don't think things will end well unfortunately. I hope because you've got symptoms thats a good sign for you
I’m not too optimistic. I spotted on Thursday until 4 ish and had a gush I’d say twice. Then nothing except spotting Friday. Sounds pretty similar to you.

Aww sounds so similar to me. Its such a hard waiting game I've been googling constantly but I'm 99% sure I've miscarried. Try and take some comfort in the face your numbers still look really good and the symptoms are still there. It could have been a subchronic heamatoma maybe?
I’m still lightly spotting now so who knows, I’m just preparing for the worst to be honest. I also have side pain which feels like it’s in my kidneys so a bit worried about that 😢
me too hun despite the extra progesterone. Kind of feels like flogging a dead horse at this stage doesn't it. I've had lots of cramping too. Such a horrible experience isn't it 😞
