FET pending

I have my second FET due on my next cycle. Our first FET didn’t take.

what tips and advice do you have before our next try?

Hello!

I’ve tried a few different things and tbh I had my son from a round where I did nothing but ate normally, had a few drinks and was very stressed 🙈 Saying that, there are some things recommended, whether they help or are old wives tales who knows and it can’t hurt to try! For my last FET I ate Brazil nuts, pineapple, and drank pomegranate juice every day and my lining was better than previous cycles. For my next I’m doing the same but adding L’arginine, vitamin E, a probiotic & raspberry leaf tea!

I think exercise or just keeping active is important too - for blood flow and for your well-being. I tried to do something everyday (didn’t always succeed!) in this regards. nothing major, just a long walk or cycle. Good luck!

I have added L arginine and vit E to my routine pineapple is in the diet too. But the pomegranate and nuts sounds like a fab tip! Thank you so much

Hi! In the same position as you. We tweaked my FET plan to add baby aspirin and more progesterone as my progesterone blood test on transfer day last time was a bit low. Planning on taking it as easy and relaxed as possible (easier said than done, I know!), including by doing some fertility reflexology. And this time I won't test early (famous last words!)...Very best of luck!

Reflexology sounds like a fab idea, I will look into this. I am having regular acupuncture already
