CD1 is here- FET pending

I’m so nervous! CD1 is here so starting elleste tomorrow!

I’m hoping and praying this cycle works after my failed first fresh transfer in November.

This time im adding baby aspirin, castor oil packs, raspberry leaf tea and Pom juice! Also have a prescription for Lubion in case my progesterone levels are tested as being low the day before transfer.

I’m cutting back at the gym and will be doing light workouts and more walking.

Hopefully transferring around 3rd/4th February 🤞🏾

Any FET tips from anyone? 😬

Hey, no tips but just to say I'm also on CD1 today so prepping for a FET after my last one was cancelled in November as my lining was too thin... Mine will be sometime after Day 17 so after 6th Feb. Wishing you lots of luck! xx

Good luck with your transfer - I hope it all went well as I ‘think’ you may have just had it? I was just wondering if you felt that the castle oil packs worked? I am just about to start a second FET after cancelled one due to poor lining and wondering whether it give them a shot xx either way I hope all has gone to plan and you can put your feet up for the next few weeks!

Hey alittlelife,

I used them last month along with the tea in a trial run and my lining did improve so it may have been them but can’t say for sure.

What I have found though is that I feel so relaxed when I do them. I didn’t need to do them the last couple of weeks & felt so agitated in comparison. I started again on Sunday and just lying there for 30/40 mins and relaxing without moving - (how often do you do that)?! Makes me feel so much better so I think overall if they don’t do much for the lining they will help in the relaxation side of things at least.

Good luck xx

Awe thank you! Yes i agree that anything that can help relaxation is good. I will give them a shot this time for sure :) I thought it would be some long winded thing to find/but on the internet but managed to get it at Holland and barrett.

Good luck with this round for you - sending your positive vibes and hope that you are starting to feel more relaxed xx

You’re welcome! My lining was the best it had been in months and those two things were what I did differently but I also know it doesn’t work for all but anything is worth a try isn’t it ☺️

Thanks lovely xx

Hey! Thank you, transferring on Thursday!

My lining measured 7.6 on day 10 so met the minimum. It was very relaxing to do them every night though!

I wish you the best of luck with your next cycle x
