It's a tricky decision, I understand why you're finding it tough. I first had my AMH tested at 32 and it was 11. I had laparoscopic surgeries over 2 years, specifically working on my ovaries which led to a decrease in AMH, however I still fell pregnant through cycle 2 of ICSI and have a healthy 6 month old boy. It depends whether your laparoscopy would be explorative or whether they'd go ahead and remove anything they deem unhealthy. I guess you could consent either way and of course where they work on could influence your chances of pregnancy either way. Sorry, I know this isn't helping with a solution but wanted to offer my experience. I knew I had endometriosis and the tissue was creating a hostile environment so chose to have excision surgery despite knowing it would lead to a dent in ovarian reserve.
If you've never had surgery, generally speaking it's an easy one to recover from, particularly if you only had explorative so that's something else to consider.
If you feel you'd like to rule everything out then I'd say worth a shot 🙂 xx
