Progesterone level

hi ladies,

Can anyone tell me what should be the level of Progesterone level at day 3 before embryo transfer on day 5 (3 days after ovulation in a natural FET)

I think every clinic has different expectations regarding the prprogesterone levels. My old clinic in UK wanted it ideally at or over 50 the day of the transfer. Ive seen a few other posts where other clinics wanted it iver 50. Best maybe speak to your clinic and see what levels are they after xxx

thank you for responding the units for 50 is ng/ml or there is another units in order to convert it

Ive just checked my old notes (I carry these with me every time😅) it's written nmol/L

so 50 nmol/L = 159 ng/mL

my doctor say it should be between 10-20 ng/ml in the transfer day

this progesterone level makes me crazy 😆

50 nmol/L is actually 15.7 ng/ml. So your doctor’s advice is spot on. xx

I’m with klmdnr my doctor has always said over 50 xxx
