Well our fertility journey eventually came to an end on the 27.12.2018 with the arrival of our very precious little miracle.

Although our journey has not been as hard as a lot of people's. Infertility itself is so difficult. We have been lucky with the journey but also with every bit of support I have received on this site. Thank you ladies so very much. You have all made a significant difference and I'm hoping the best for each and every one of you 🍀🍀🍀

Congratulations! I have looked at your profile and I understand that this was your 3rd transfer. Did you do anything different during that FET? My 3rd transfer is approaching and I’m wondering what I can try to make it happen... xx

Hi hun

It was very strange I had a bit of a break from the process, allowed myself to enjoy Christmas and New Year. I ate the rubbish and drank the prosecco. I returned to the process feeling happier in myself. My body responded as it should. I had the mental attitude that I would be kind to myself. Then I got the BFP. Wishing you so much luck hun. Be kind to yourself and hoping for a kind and lucky 2019 xx

Thank you for your lovely reply. I have been definitely struggling with my mental attitude but trying to work with it. It’s amazing that self-compassion was the key to your successful cycle. I will try my best. Happy 2019 to you too! Xx

Aww bless you hun. It's so so hard. I'd honestly lost all hope! Try and be kind to yourself and remind yourself of all the good things you've got. It helped me spending time with my OH and family. My OH did things we enjoyed. I do know that this is far easier said than done xx
