Hi All, I havent been posting for a while but just wanted to share my news - So after suffering a mmc in the Summer with my 1st ivf cycle, I went for round 2 and happy to announce that I am now pregnant and expecting twins in June 2019. I have had scans each week as I am still petrified and anxious but all is looking good so far, touchwood. This round felt a lot better pain wise and for those that have followed my journey know that I suffer from severe endometriosis which aggrevates the ivf cycle. My husband and I are happy although still feel we have lots more hurdles to overcome. Thank you to all of you that have given me the strength and support to continue with this fertility battle and for all your valuable advice. Also to all the endo sufferers on here, please don't give up! If I can do it, you can too. (I was initially told that I won't ever be able to have childen or carry a child due to my condition). It isnt always a walk in the park but sheer determination and having a great fertility Dr has helped me. This journey can be so lonely but this forum has been fantastic. Thank you 💕xx

Gemz29 in reply tocryst4l

Oh really, I’m hoping to get a positive tomorrow when my Af is due I’ve read online you can pay for a scan from 6 weeks.... my clinic scan said they would scan me in 3 weeks making that 7 weeks xx

cryst4l profile image
cryst4l in reply toGemz29

Yes my first scan was at 7 weeks with the clinic. Then i went to the other 5 privately and the 12 wk scan with the nhs. Aw bless you, fingers xed for tmrw. Lets get that positive xx

Gemz29 profile image
Gemz29 in reply tocryst4l

I could never imagine seeing twins.... how exciting. Was your 7 week scan really clear? fingers crossed🤞🏻. Xx

cryst4l profile image
cryst4l in reply toGemz29

It was clear in terms of the 2 sacs and that was something inside both. Bit the fetus's are so tiny at 7 wks so you a see tiny little beans. But its amazing to see how they develop each week and when they start looking like babies with their organs forming. Xx
