Severe Fibroid pain

Hi all, asking in desperation in regards to private treatment for fibroids. I was diagnosed with small uterine fibroids in February this year after a pelvic scan. I had told my doctor of chronic pain in lower back and side for months so she thought kidney problems at first. I am now on nhs waiting list to see gyno specialist but this could be months even a year and living with this pain is tough and I am certain it’s why I am not getting pregnant. Has anyone gone down the private route for analysis and treatment for fibroids and would not mind telling me experience/costs. My initial inquiry at our nearest private hospital has quoted £250 for brief consultation. Many thanks.

No , but have thought, about it .l have fibromyalgia, too & at laptoscopy, was told my fibroids, were small but , do cause pain to which l have booked, another appointment with gynaecologist, to see if there is anything else that can be done, despite being , on pill this does not take away pain It's exhausting, trying to get a solution.l wish you well ,in your in search
