Just looking for a bit of support…

It’s day 5 after my embryo transplant, I feel like I’m going insane waiting, but don’t want to do a test yet.

I’m not ‘feeling’ pregnant…is that stupid? I’ve been pregnant (naturally) once before about 16 years ago and I suffered terrible morning sickness, so I’m kind of judging that on if i might be pregnant this time round which is ridiculous I know. I’m 41 so I know a positive outcome is very low, and I am trying to be realistic but it’s so hard just waiting 😞

Thank you all for your continued support xx

Hi Auds. Oh dear, this is the difficult bit. Try and keep busy, make sure you have all your prescribed medication and test on te day recommended by your clinic. Fingers crossed. Diane

Hi Auds,I know exactly how you feel. I am one day behind on Day 4, I had a day 3 transfer so an even longer wait!

I’ve been Googling and making a note of every symptom.

Its definitely going to be a tricky couple of weeks! I’m fine at work but it’s at night time when my mind is whirring constantly.

Hoping for a positive outcome for both of us! Xxxx

Oh love ❤️ I can’t stress to you enough how little symptoms mean at this point. Anything you are noticing will most likely be from the meds anyway.

On my only BFP I didn’t have any proper symptoms at all. Literally nothing.

I didn’t really have anything noticeable until about 17 weeks and definitely didn’t get any sickness.

Just because you felt them with your previous pregnancy doesn’t mean you’ll have any the same this time anyway.

My advice would be to take it one day at a time, don’t think ahead and try not to analyse everything. And definitely don’t test early!

Lots of luck to you xx

Millbanks you are my voice of reason…thank you! You are completely right and I absolutely need to stop worrying about this, what will be will be and I’ve done everything I possibly can now. Definitely taking one day at a time, I’m trying to focus on work and being a healthy me so I’ll keep doing that for now xxx

I’m on day 4 and this is always when I get impatient! Your morning sickness probably never kicked in this early though with your first pregnancy- if you even knew you were pregnant this early (mine was about another 2-3 weeks after test date) so I wouldn’t worry about not having that at this stage 🤗 I’m freaking out that I feel my period is about to arrive though so I’m in a glass house telling you not to worry here 😂🙈🙊 best of luck for test date…. I’ll probably only last a few more days as the tests are due to be delivered Wednesday 😬 xx

That’s the worst thing, I’m due my period any day now so dreading that coming if it does, although I know you can still get a period even if you are pregnant! I’ll keep everything crossed for you xx
