This is our 2nd time and this time we decided not to tell anyone because we found it so difficult hearing peopleās opinions and comments last time round. Therefore, Iām feeling a bit lonely today and want to talk to someone about how Iām feeling.
Iāve got period type cramps today and Iām worried as this happened last time and I bled full flow from 8dp5dt. However, I am feeling different in all other ways to last time i.e no sore boobs, bloating etc but Iāve put that down to last one being fresh and this frozen so different meds and protocol.
Would love to hear some positive stories from those who had period symptoms at a similar time? X

I know what you mean about not wanting to tell people 2nd time round. I felt the same and didnāt want their positivity as I didnāt feel positive myself.
On my first 5 transfers I had loads of different symptoms and all of them were negative.
My 6th transfer I had no symptoms at all and it worked. So donāt feel down because of not having sore boobs, could be a good sign!
I totally appreciate your need for privacy, the only people who know we are going through it are me and my partner. Just feel like there is less pressure this way. I had period type crampy feel from the day after my transfer, weāve since sadly miscarried, but I know that sensation is not uncommon x
Hi, I know how you feel we decided not tell anyone about our last round either as peoples positivity, opinions and questions just really got me down on previous cycles. I had period cramps and other period symptoms during 2 ww was convinced AF but it didn't I am now 34 weeks. Had period cramps for most of the first trimester. Fingers crossed its the same for you x
With our first transfer which was fresh I had full bleed as well few days before my test day, and as you say in some way it feels different this timeš¤
I had a complete breakdown today crying sobbing and just being sure Iām out of the game already, but the stories Iām reading are quite positive so Iām still hanging thereš
Lots of luck and baby dust to you hopefully this round be the š baby
No, I havenāt this time. The distraction of work has helped take my mind off things but work can be quite stressful and the stress of being stressed can be turmoil! Last time I took the first week off and regretted it. I donāt think thereās ever a right thing to do!
tell me about it. Hubby had a go at me saying that I should enjoy my time off and chill instead of going nutsš but I guess men donāt really realize what we going through, no matter how supportive they are lol
Because we take so many medicines and we are under lots of stress, usually the symptoms do not mean anything else than "a surge of progesterone" or a low of other hormons. Sometimes the surge happens when you are pregnant, sometimes because of the medicine, sometimes because your period is coming. There is no real way to know. With my only BFP I had almost no symptoms the first days (until week 3), and the ones I had were not so different to when I have a period. So, symptom spotting is not a good predictor this early... many symptoms or few symptoms, they tell nothing (this early), over if you are pregnant or not.
