Estrogen timings

This is my endometrio cycle and I've been told to take estrogen 3 x daily. Same as last fet. No exact times have been given again. Is 11am, 4pm and 9pm good times? Or should i space them out more? My clinic doesnt give me exact times

Hi lovely, those times seems good to me. The only difference with my times was I done my first tablet a but earlier ( around 09:30-10am) good luck for your round xx

My clinic send me reminders daily and they have put in 8am, 2pm & 8pm. So I guess roughly around 6hrs apart should be fine xx

Hi SUMMERTIME. I would space them out to 8 hourly, so you don,t get a sudden drop in medication. 23.00, 07.00 & 15.00hrs or to suit you. Diane

Thank you all. The spaced timing makes sense. I asked because my nurses had different opinions. One said all 3 can be taken in one go and the other two said take at any time without any specifics.

I would do every 8 hours and be very consistent. This is what my nurse told me and I’m a pharmacist too. Good luck !!!!!
