My doctor has advised to use embryo glue for the FET this cycle - has anyone experienced that before?

Embryo glue for FET?
My clinic uses it as standard so I’ve had it on two succesful transfers x
That’s so reassuring - I had never heard of it before so was wondering if it’s ok to use as I am losing trust in the entire system…. But I guess I am going to use everything possible that the doctor advises now - thanks a lot for the confidence!
Omd Kibo, I just saw your answer and found out you are onto your second successful transfer. Congrats girl! Xx
Thank you! 🥰 still can’t quite believe we are cooking number 2! Hope you’re doing ok xx
That is soo lovely, mega congrats! I am good thanks, changed from IVI to Zita West. Transferring soon and just wish they hadn't told me they prefer not to use the glue for hatching embies as I was clear I wanted it..now I am wondering gggrrrrr
I didn't realize but saw in my notes for this FET that my clinic uses glue as standard. I think my embryo stuck within a day of transfer - I felt it very distinctly and I got a positive FRER on 3dpt (not suggesting testing that early, there were reasons for me). Could just have been an embryo that was very keen to implant but the glue definitely didn't seem to hurt. X
That’s so amazing to know - I was a little skeptical when the doctor suggested but not anymore!
It could be a gimmick but as I didn't realize until after and it was included without extra cost, I didn't consider it. The notes say it's not harmful. Best of luck!
Hi p226 hope you don’t mind me asking but did you use the glue for your FET and did it work? My clinic don’t appear to be encouraging it but it is an option I am considering for my 4th transfer.. they said I can have it if I want it.
My clinic uses glue as standard, and currently 12 weeks pregnant from an FET so the jury’s out as to whether it helps, but it definitely doesn’t hurt xx
