Symptoms following failed ivf

Hi all,

How long after your failed ivf did your symptoms clear up?

I got my BFN 2 weeks ago and so immediately stopped my progesterone but I keep feeling nauseous and extremely tired. It’s on and off but this weekend has been particularly worse and certain food just turns my stomach!

Has anyone else experienced this and if so how long did it last? 😫

Hi Crazybunmum. I would do another pregnancy test and if negative then check with your clinic, who may offer you a blood test.usually side effects of medication clear up after a week. Diane

I would definitely do a pregnancy test just to check as I’ve never had any prolonged symptoms after stopping meds but I’ve had everything you just described in early pregnancy x

Thank you both for your advice. I think I’ll take another test tomorrow morning and either way I have a telephone appointment with the consultant tomorrow.
