Severe stabbing pain that felt like contractions and now 🩸what to do?

Morning all,

I had stabbing abdominal pain yesterday and i went to bed with a hot water bottle. I woke up this morning with early period bleeding and bright red blood in my urine. Am I having a miscarriage? Is this the end? Have I lost both of them.

I’m so gutted. I had imagined names and when I would be due.

Where are you in your cycle? Have you done a pregnancy test?

I’m 18 dp 5DT. I tested positive this Monday. It’s so hard. And the cramping is back and I can feel like I’m having a period. This is it right? Do I go a & e

Oh honey! Can you call your clinic? Are they open? I know it’s so hard to imagine anything but the worst, I had bleeding in my first pregnancy heavy clots and It was a so chronic haematoma (not what caused my miscarriage). They kept asking me if there were clots the second time and said if there aren’t then they weren’t as concerned - have you had any and is the blood slowing down?

I woke in the night in sweats and had quite intense lower abdomen pain/ache it wasn’t crampy as such but so so achey and sore like period! Just can’t help but think the worst is inevitable.

My clinic won’t be open I don’t think. I’ve been reading things online and it definitely doesn’t look like it’s a good thing! There are no clots yet but I’m feeling like it’s on its way. So far just brown/red bleeding. Ahh I’m so scared and will need to call clinic in the morning xxx

Rest up and take it easy today honey keep taking meds and yes them as soon as you’re able. I’m sorry you’re going through this xx
