8dpt 2dt slight bleeding that stopped/ first IVF/37/Cyclogest

Hello it’s my first ivf and I’m 8dpt 2dt. Yesterday I panicked and thought it’s all over as when I went to the loo there was bright red blood (gone after 3 wipes, more than spotting but not enough for AF). Since yesterday there is no more but does it mean it’s game over from your experiences? I am on cyclogest pessaries but using them rectally and will call the clinic later to see what they advise but I reckon to continue as normal and wait for 18th which is my OTD. Grateful for any comments 🤔😳
