Fluid in uterine cavity

On my second round of ICSI and went to my first stims scan today and although I have a good amount of follicles, I have some liquid in my uterine cavity, the nurse mentioned it might mean we can’t progress to egg transfer if it doesn’t disappear.

Has anyone else experienced this? Has it resulted in cancelled transfers or has the liquid gone away at subsequent scans?

Hi IMalx93. That is so frustrating. I had this on my last round. By the time i got to transfer the fluid had gone. Hopefully this will be the case for you. If it is still there they will probably suggest freezing any embryos and doing a frozen cycle later! Have everything crossed for you xxx

Thanks Judy, I’m just panicking now as the nurse was like it’s not very common! Fingers crossed it disappears. Xx
