Synarel nasal spray delayed period

UPDATE for anyone looking through this post: period came on day 18 of taking the nasal spray right before I was about to start provera to induce a bleed!

Has anyone had their period delayed whilst taking Synarel nasal spray?

I’ve been taking it since day 21 of my cycle… I’m now on day 38 with no sign of my period (I have a 28 day cycle usually)! I went for a scan at my clinic but all they could say is that my lining is thick so I need to wait for a bleed. They said it should have started by now but couldn’t say why it hasn’t.

I’ve read on here that peoples periods have been delayed by up to a week or so, this just seems incredibly delayed. Would love to hear from anyone who has had this experience!

Yeah it can be delayed . Did your clinic not give you a date to contact them if you haven’t had a bleed or anything ?

Hi 🦏 🐈! I did contact them on Monday (after 15 days) they scanned me and said to wait… I’m just wondering how much longer I should expect to wait / if anyone else experienced such a long delay?

So weird 🤔🤯 Defo ask, I rem worrying about this snd the nurse said not to worry they’d tablets I could take if needs be 😘💐 hope you get sorted 💐
