Started Nasal Spray Today

Yyyaaayy, the day has arrived, 1st day of supercur nasal spray. I wondered if anyone else had any experiences/side effects with this. My timings are going to be 9am, 1pm, 6pm and 10pm. Unfortunately I am full of the cold, was really hoping to be well when I started this

Good luck! I’m starting seprecur injections tomorrow and I’ve been full of cold for a week already! I’ve never had the nasal spray only injections and they make me feel menopausal and a bit clumsy! This will be my 4th time x

Good luck Cheeky84! I was on seprecur nasal spray and I also felt monopausal, but as soon as I stated the stimulation I felt better.

Unfortunately it gave me very bad migraines and I generally felt awful. However, once I started to take the next meds it started to ease. Just take one day at a time would be my advice. Avoid sugar too as I found it aggravated everything. I hope you don’t get as many nasty side effects as I did. xxx

Thank you for your reply. I have only used it 5 times, started yesterday, no symptoms as yet but also in the back of my mind, worried not using it properly, daft I know, but I worry about all these things x

I think the whole process creates worry unfortunately. Just be kind to yourself. Give yourself little treats and absolutely do not feel guilty about anything this includes not wanting to socialise. Focus on you completely! It feels like it takes forever but in the scheme of things, it’s not too long. xxx
