Synarel - cause period delay?

Anybody been on the Synarel nose spray med and had their period delayed? This med is new to me and I was told it’s common by the nurse, but wondered how delayed anyone’s has been? Hoping I don’t have to wait too long! Thanks 😊

Hi there. Yes on Synarel and my period was 4 days late last week. I felt pretty miserable about having to wait for it to arrive, particularly as every month I don’t want it to! But it did finally arrive and I’m starting stims today. Best of luck x

Ahhh thanks so much Llizzie, that is really reassuring to hear! I feel like it wants to break through, but hasn’t quite yet 🙄oh and I know the one time you actually want it, it doesn’t show! Sod’s law isn’t it?! Hope your stims go well, best of luck to you too xx

Yes Synarel did delay my periods during every cycle. They had to wait to start the stims and I did wait for a week or so.

Yep mine was a few days late and it was much lighter when it did arrive
