FET cycle

I’m beginning another FET cycle. I need to get my lining thicker more quickly or they are going to cancel and proceed with a natural cycle. Any suggestions?? I’m taking 3 x 2mg estrace so far….

hi I heard Vitamin E helps not sure what else besides pomegranate juice. good luck

Hi, I ate 5 Brazil nuts a day up to transfer day and also drank 2 cups a day of red raspberry tea. My lining was nice and thick on both occasions and I read good things about this regime on other forums too. Good luck!

Sorry I mistyped. It’s raspberry leaf tea. Any supermarket brand is good. They also sell some at Holland and Barrett’s.

Have you tried castor oil packs? My acupuncturist swears by it - just by some castor oil online, soak an old flannel in it and put it on your lower abdomen, put an old towel around you and then a hot water bottle on top - you need to do it every day / every other day, I did it for about 30 mins a time.. careful though as the oil stains so don’t get it on your bed etc! Good luck! (Ps pomegranate, beetroot and loads of leafy greens are also good as well as vitamin E and cod liver oil) x

My lining was thick for both my FETs but both failed. We are now trying more immune system treatment and hoping that was the issue - got one embryo left so keeping my fingers crossed!
