FET canceled wtg for cycle

We had to cancel FET so I continued progesterone through day 9. My period still isn’t here. I’m so frustrated. Anyone have this problem? In the past, it has always started quickly after stopping progesterone pills. This time it was shots but still. What the heck?

I don't think this is the same thing but I have had to cancel several FETs for one reason or another and was then prescribed a course of Prevera (progesterone) to induce a bleed. The progesterone does not appear to have worked as I stopped the pills seven days ago and no period has arrived. So I understand your frustration x

It is similar. I have had to do that as well and usually get my period within a few days after stopping provera. That’s why I’m confused

How long have you been waiting since your last progesterone shot?

Last shot was Wednesday. In the past, I would have gotten it by like Saturday and it is Tuesday. I also am worried bc I had two back to back before we started the FET cycle. So my body is maybe confused?

My last provera pill was last Tuesday so I'm just a day ahead of you. I've been really stressed about it too. My cycles have been really strange since my last IVF where I had one, then a month break, then another one. I agree that two back to back cycles could cause your body confusion as its had a lot of hormones in short space of time. I too have all sorts of worries about what it could mean. I'm sorry to hear you are going through something similar

My fet was canceled too, it took 12 days after stopping progesterone to my period to come back , and yes it's so frustrating 😫

Ugh when did they cancel? How many shots did you take before stopping?? 12 days!! I’m so sorry! That is super annoying!!!

It's complicated, apparently I started taking estrogen too early as I started spotting but no clear period , so I didn't get one , that's why the doctor canceled the cycle and told me to start taking progesterone for 10 days and then stop for my period to come back, it didn't and he told me to take a test see if I'm pregnant but I knew I wasn't, and then after 12 days my period comes (without spotting like I was swimming and when I came home I had the clear blood coming out )

Ugh. That sounds so stressful and unpleasant. I feel for you. Here for you if you need or want to vent.
