I am about to start my utrogestan pessaries. I have been told to take 3 per day. Nurse said take them in morning, afternoon and evening/night. So for the 2nd does, has anyone ever managed to take it in while in the office in the office washroom? Is it required to lie down for few minutes after taking it? What should be the minimum time difference between two pessaries? Can I take them 8am, 6pm and 10 pm?

i have jus come off them having had a failed IUI. If you use the applicator you can insert them anywhere. its very easy just make sure the applicator is fully interest and you hear a click when you release the tablet.
They're super easy to use and I use them while at work. Just make sure you get some pantyliners! I take mine at 8am, 2pm and 8pm and so far, had no problems!
I’ve used these and I’m now 9 weeks pregnant. Try to gap them out as best you can. So take one at 7,3 and then 11. Because of my transfer time I was having to get up at midnight to do mine and then adjusted my times ten minutes every few days until it was easier to deal with.
I’ve taken, and still do take my morning ones while I’m in the office. It hasn’t affected me.
I’m currently on them and take them ar 8,3 and 10 I do the 3 o clock one whilst at work, you don’t need to lie down after, they are pretty easy to insert with the applicator. But as someone else suggested, definitely invest in pantiliners!
Hey there, they are really easy to use, I’ve managed to do them sitting on the toilet. It is easier laying down of course but not always possible. Defo wear a panty liner as the wax can leak out.
My clinic advised me to space them out so I take mine at 6,2 & 10. I’m not 8 weeks pregnant. Good luck! xx
