I was looking into Omega 3 supplements and was hoping to start it before my next icsi cycle starting the end of November. Can anybody that has used it shed some light on how much to take and if you felt it beneficial. Any advice or info would be much appreciated. π

Hi there. Did ur doctor advise u to take such vitamins prior to ur ivf? What supplements are u taking at the moment? I am also wondering how to prepare for my ivf treatment in December. Currently taking only folic acid. Cheers. Misheel
I took pregnacare max as a prenatal, it comes with an omega capsule as well. My clinic recommended it. However once I got my bfp I could not tolerate the fish oil capsules any more as they made me feel sick!
I took Omega 3 on top of pre-natal vitamins. I took this one as read EPA and DHA was important. Omega 3 Triple Strength Fish Oil | 2000mg, 660 EPA 440 DHA per serving | 180 Premium Non-GMO, Gluten-Free Softgels | Made in the UK by Iron Ore Health amazon.co.uk/dp/B00SD9MGIO/...
Also took DHEA and Ubiquinol as I had egg quality issues.xx
Eskimo3 are great supplements and made from clean small fish. As fish are very polluted this is quite important. If you buy capsules you take 6 a day - 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening. I buy liquid and take 1 teaspoon in the morning.
