Low progesterone on FET

Advice please, I pushed for progesterone test on day of frozen transfer and it was 10, so added 1 lubion to my existing 3 cyclogest. I am now day 5 and reading is 50, so they just upped to 2 lubion a day. Anyone similar had a BFP? I am nervous is this level ok or am I too late, last 2 FET failed and I now feel it was due to low progesterone that I was shut down on when asked to test the progesterone.

Thanks in advance

My clinic tested my progesterone day before transfer and called me the morning of transfer and advised me not to go ahead (18.6). I went ahead anyway and I'm now 16 weeks. They added in Lubion injections morning and evening which must have done the trick. Well done for challenging them and getting your progestrone tested. I think it's crazy some clinics don't do it as standard. Wishing you the best of luck and hope you get that BFP 🤞 x

Thanks for your reply. Awww congratulations that musta been a tough call but it has paid off. I cannot believe it’s not standard to check (although they introduced it the day after my transfer 🤔). I only pushed though reading ladies experiences in support groups, it’s like we become the professionals sometimes. Thanks so much and enjoy your bump xx

I think each clinic is different to what progesterone level they want you to have on transfer day.

My clinic is 50. Because we had to do a medicated monitored cycle due to doing a donor round, which is a bit like a dummy run before the actual live go they realised my progesterone level on 2 cyclogest a day was only giving me half of where they wanted me.

So added prontogest injections every other day.

I’m now 12 weeks today

Aww congratulations that’s amazing plus reassuring. I am happy I’m not at 50 5dp5dt but nervous have I got to this level too late. Do you know what level you started on? X

During a live donor embryo transfer you don’t get tested, that’s because they’ve done the trial run beforehand with the medication so they don’t need to

I asked to have mine tested on transfer day and my level was 30 and my clinic said they would prefer over 35, although they don't usually test. I added lubion once a day in from 3dp5dt and got a BFP yesterday on 6dp5dt. I've just had another blood test this morning, and hopefully it will have increased, but doesn't seem to have stopped me getting my BFP. Obviously, it's still very early, but I've got my fingers crossed...
