Vit E and period

hiya,

i always have light period and wondering what make my period always light since i had experience hormon imbalance in 2013. before that year always had normal to heavy bleeding.

i had been prescrip vit e and penthoxipyline for my thin lining for my ivf.

some ladies said that vit e can helps them have heavy bleeding for period.

this is my second months consume... i still have light period but with more darker blood ( redish to dark red). im abit worry if this not helping me have more thick lining.

i consume l-arginine too beside dhea, ubiquinol and vit e,zinc,d n penthoxypyline. and all of thos myth food too.

next month im kind of start my fet again 🥺

so im totally hope that i can do anything to make it success.

my question is there any lady in here that consume vit e that has thin lining has experience success pregnant?
