Tips for improving lining for FET? How much vit E to take?

Started the meds for my 3rd FET today. I never get my lining above 8mm so want to throw everything at it this time around. What tips do people have? And if you supplement with vit E, how much do you recommend taking?

Thanks in advance lovelies! xx

Dun give up! I had weekly massages and acupuncture as i was told blood circulation was 1 of the factor to the lining. My 1st fet, the lining was 8mm ( without massage) and the 2nd time, it was 11mm. May be worth a try....

I had fertility massages but was told as long as the massages improves blood circulation, it will help... might as well try it.. at least it's enjoyable!

I took 800ui twice per day which Ive done for sometime now. Not sure if you've tried the raspberry leaf tea which I'd done for a few previous FETs and added in the raspberry leaf tea tablet supplements too on my last FET which I think made a huge difference and had my best lining yet on my last cycle. Have you asked your clinic if you can take aspirin 75? This is thought to improve blood flow to the uterus but I wouldn't take it without your Dr's knowledge.xx

Oooh fab! Thanks for this Cindy! Which brand of supplements did you take? I might give this a go. I’ve just had a thrombotic risk profile done and waiting for the results to come back, clinic said they’d put me on clexane (?) if results said I needed it. Did you take l’arginine as well? Hope those little buns are doing well! Xx

I usually take aspirin from day 1 of my cycle and then move onto clexane nearer my transfer. If they don't find any reason for clexane then perhaps ask about aspirin 75 anyway. I drink the Heath and Heather raspberry leaf tea, Natures Aid raspberry leaf tablets and Superdrug own brand high dose Vit E. I have tried L'arginine in the past and it didn't seem to make an awful lot of difference to me so gave that one up. Little buns seem to be doing ok thank you!!xx

Thanks sooo much, that’s really helpful! When do you stop the raspberry leaf tablets? I’ll ask about the aspirin! Aww glad lil buns doing alright ☺️ xx
