This is my 4th failed pregnancy yet there always seem to be new fucking things that challenge you! Just when you think youβve been through it all π€¦ββοΈ
Ok so I had FET last Tuesday. Yesterday I started spotting. Took a test and it was positive. Then 6 hours later I started bleeding, (which has now stopped) and having cramps at the same time βΉοΈ
This morning I took another test and itβs darker! Much darker. Iβm very realistic and Iβm quite certain I have had a very early miscarriage.
Can HCG increase after a miscarriage? I know you can expect a positive test but didnβt expect a darker one, maybe this could be because I havenβt fully miscarried!!! Clinic said they will get me in for bloods on Monday.
Thanks so much π€

So sorry youβre going through this. Itβs such a difficult journey.
Bleeding in early pregnancy is much more common than you think and this could be further implantation bleeding.
However, I would definitely recommend talking with your clinic and seeing if they can bring you in as early as possible for a scan just to discount anything like an ectopic etc. just to be on the safe side.
So sorry you are going through this. But why do you think you had a miscarriage? You stated that the lines got darker so maybe it just random bleeding which is common in some women. I would say your pregnant until your doctor say less. Good luck and think positive thoughts.
You know this forum can drive you insane or provide useful information. I know you saw ladies on here say their bleeding and cramping lead to miscarriage and that can be scary but there are also ladies who have bleeding and cramping and their bean is still safely tuck in. Honestly i don't know the outcome but the fact that you got a positive there is hope. It may not be this pregnancy which i pray it will but you know you can get pregnant. Just the right timing and you will be blessed and maybe this is the right timing. Good luck again and baby dust
I believe there is still a great chance that all is well... It is very hard to let negative thoughts go away but try to be positive and hopefully Monday is your day. Will be thinking of you and best of luck
Hi Matilda - it's hard, as the same symptom can be something for one person, and nothing for another - and it doesn't seem like there's a way to tell without just living through the couple of weeks and seeing the results.
I like you had a positive test in March and then started spotting with mild cramping (never really extreme), and then had an even darker quicker response 2 days later. My bleed although it progressed from spotting wasn't ever really heavy so it was very unclear whether it was miscarriage or natural bleeding in early pregnancy. The seemingly high HGC levels were truly confusing for me also and I drove myself crazy reading everything - I really feel for you.
Unfortunately I did end up having an early miscarriage, and eventually the HCG levels declined over the course of two weeks...the declining levels were the only way I knew - and then I went in for an early scan at 5 weeks 5 days to confirm that there wasn't anything there.
Fingers crossed this isn't the case for you and it's some of the other quite benign reasons for bleeding (which is always possible) - glad that you've got your bloods on Monday xx
I had a positive 5dp5dt, started bleeding and cramping really bad on day 7. Rang my clinic, they changed my medication and I'm doing fine, currently 6 weeks. Have a look at my other thread, I tracked each day and show the tests while I was going through it just a week or so ago. Convinced I miscarried!!! Bleeding early on is so nerve wracking, hang in there xx β€π€
