Chemical pregnancies after successful IVF

In 2017 I had my little girl through successful ICSI, first try. In November we began trying for baby #2, but have had two chemical pregnancies in a row (one frozen one fresh cycle). We don’t have any in the freezer so want to do another fresh cycle, but I’m worried there’s something wrong with me. Could it just be one of those things or could there be an underlying issue? Not sure because I’ve had a successful cycle in the past. Any tips for making it work next time would be appreciated!
